Moray & Agnew is pleased to announce that Sarah Thompson has joined our Melbourne Government Team as a partner.

Sarah is a nationally recognised specialist who acts for Commonwealth agencies across complex judicial and merits review matters. She regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Administrative Review Tribunal. Sarah is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist and has deep expertise acting on behalf of government clients across immigration, disability, child support and freedom of information matters.

Sarah’s appointment follows the addition of Partner Max Gao and Special Counsels Tegan Weir and Marian Morton to our government team in late 2025.
