Since commencing her career in insurance litigation, she has advised Australia’s leading insurers across all aspects of motor vehicle matters, including recovery, liability and quantum disputes and credit hire claims, with a particular focus on disputed and litigated claims.

Ella has a proven track record in managing a substantial portfolio of motor vehicle litigation matters, ranging from straightforward property damage disputes to complex claims involving repairers, credit hire companies and evolving common law issues.

Ella regularly appears in proceedings in the Magistrates’ Courts of Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. She provides practical, commercially focused advice to insurers and clients, helping them to navigate emerging risks and achieve efficient, strategic outcomes.
