• Acting for a major Australian sporting organisation across a range of areas, including corporate governance and corporations law, corporate contracting, leasing and infrastructure, broadcast, data and media rights and advertising laws, privacy, and gambling regulation
• Advising on structuring, negotiation of transaction and corporate governance documentation for the establishment of a sports media and advertising business as an incorporated joint venture
• Acting for various vendors and purchasers in several asset sale and purchase transactions, including conduct of due diligence, negotiation of transaction documentation for clients across a range of industries, including pharmacy, allied health, professional services.
