Maleah is known for her focus and commitment to delivering legal services with integrity and pragmatism for her clients in the conduct of litigation matters and leading legal advisory teams.
Maleah has advised and appeared as a solicitor-advocate on behalf of various Commonwealth government clients in merits review, and in Commonwealth court applications and appeals. She has also completed legal secondments with several Commonwealth organisations.
At Moray & Agnew Maleah maintains a diverse practice. She is an expert in the Child Support legislative scheme, advises on social security and family assistance law and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and has experience in debt and other compulsory powers enforcement proceedings.
