Anthony has also acted for corporate clients in the acquisition of Businesses and Franchises and negotiated and drafted major Retail Shopping Centre Leases for corporate clients. He has acted for numerous purchasers and vendors of both commercial and residential real estate throughout Queensland.
He has represented corporate plaintiffs and defendants in contested commercial disputes including matters that proceeded to a full trial.
