He is recognised for delivering commercially focused advice and solutions that align legal strategy with broader organisational objectives, helping to achieve significant savings on both actuarial claims and legal costs.

Robert was previously part of a select few of preferred lawyers for one of Australia’s largest private employers in the retail industry.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Robert has successfully defended a number of matters in the Personal Injury Commission across a wide-range of physical and psychological injury disputes.

In February 2024, he represented one of Australia’s largest self-insurers in a Work Injury Damages matter which proceeded to the NSW District Court where an ex tempore judgement and verdict was delivered (unpublished), finding for the defendant with the plaintiff orders to pay the defendant’s costs.

Ultimately, Robert’s successes are focused around the plethora of cases which are meticulously prepared and resolved as expeditiously as possible to secure significant savings for employers and insurers alike.
