EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Robert is a trusted advisor on all aspects of statutory, legislative and common law interpretation, representing self-insured corporations, NSW Treasury Managed Funds, Specialised Insurers and scheme agents in the Personal Injury Commission and various Courts across NSW.
He is recognised for delivering commercially focused advice and solutions that align legal strategy with broader organisational objectives, helping to achieve significant savings on both actuarial claims and legal costs.
Insurers, employers and stakeholders value Robert’s pragmatic approach and ability to develop tailored strategies from pre-litigation stage through to resolution and hearings. This enables confidence and safeguards against confusion that can often arise from complex statutory compensation and common law issues.
Robert was previously part of a select few of preferred lawyers for one of Australia’s largest private employers in the retail industry.
