Kellie practises in conveyancing, environmental, planning, intellectual property and property development law.

Experience & Expertise

Kellie’s principal areas of work include regularly advising clients on all aspects of property law matters including strata and community title subdivision and development projects, creation of easements and restrictions on title, commercial, retail and residential leasing and general conveyancing.

Kellie has acted for many private clients and property developers in off-the-plan conveyancing and general property matters. She has advised a number of leading property development and industrial groups in Sydney and rural / regional NSW on a wide range of commercial and property law issues, particularly major asset acquisitions and disposals

Kellie has worked with several property development groups and state-controlled bodies in Sydney and country NSW in sales of a large number of standard residential and commercial subdivisions, as well as ‘themed’ community title and strata title developments.

Kellie has drafted and negotiated leases for a range of clients and assisted in planning and environmental law litigation and preparation of advices. She also has experience preparing specialised wills and other documents relevant to personal and business succession.

Prior to admission to practice, she worked as a law clerk for over 10 years.
