EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
With more than 20 years’ experience in insurance, insurance litigation and international insurance policy negotiations at the Bank of England/PRA, Tracey has achieved significant case outcomes for underwriters and established risk-based prudential supervisory policy across the EU. She has led associations driving the uptake of new technologies in agriculture and has a deep understanding of innovation ecosystems, including the interactions between industry, government and technology stakeholders.
Tracey
is a member of the Queensland Law Society, graduate of the Australian Institute
of Company Directors Course and Fellow of ANZIIF (CIP).
Tracey
provides technical legal advice and is proactive in the commercial resolution
of matters, ensuring her clients’ interests remain paramount. She specialises
in professional indemnity and general insurance litigation encompassing policy
advice, disputes on indemnity and defence of claims.
She
has represented health care providers, the subject of litigated and
non-litigated claims and disciplinary complaints for a broad range of health
professionals.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Served as Chair of EU level insurance policy committees and negotiating policy on behalf of the United Kingdom through the Bank of England/PRA.
Awarded
the Aon Reinsurance Scholarship and Deloitte International Exchange Award by
ANZIIF.
