Ben has advised in relation to a large number of litigated and non-litigated claims, including complex multi-party claims run concurrently under personal injury and workers’ compensation legislation. Ben’s practice also involves managing a broad portfolio of general liability claims including discrimination claims and motor vehicle accident claims, and he frequently considers and advises upon a range of insurance policies in matters involving dual insurance and indemnity considerations.

Throughout Ben’s career he has gained a diverse range of experience in general dispute resolution, construction law and employment law and has acted on behalf of all levels of government. Ben has also appeared in the Federal Circuit and Federal Court in a number of administrative law matters and is an experienced advocate in and out of the court.
