Ben has advised in relation to a large number of litigated and non-litigated claims, including complex multi-party claims run concurrently under personal injury and workers’ compensation legislation. Ben’s practice also involves managing a broad portfolio of claims including flood claims, discrimination claims and matters of sexual abuse and grooming.

Throughout Ben’s career he has gained a diverse range of experience in general dispute resolution, construction law and employment law and has acted on behalf of all levels of government. Ben has also appeared in the Federal Circuit and Federal Court in a number of administrative law matters.

Ben considers and advises on a range of insurance policies in matters involving dual insurance and indemnity considerations and provides commercially sensible advice to his clients. He is a pragmatic operator with excellent communication skills and is always prompt to keep his clients in the loop.
