She regularly advises insurers on complex, multi-party disputes arising from alleged professional negligence, contractual breaches and statutory duties, including matters involving significant technical and liability issues.

Anita prioritises providing clear, commercially grounded advice on policy response, liability exposure and dispute strategy. She works closely with insurer clients to assess risk, manage competing stakeholder interests and achieve timely, cost-effective resolutions.
