Bronte specialises in insurance litigation, with a particular focus on workers compensation claims. She acts for Australia’s major insurers, Government and private clients, in defence of a broad range of insurance matters.

Bronte regularly advises on and appears in alternative dispute resolution processes, including conferences and mediations. She instructs and appears in matters before the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal, ACT Magistrates Court and ACT Supreme Court.

Prior to relocating to the ACT, Bronte worked at a national law firm in Brisbane, and later for the Queensland State Government, as a lawyer specialising in Government risk and insurance. Bronte has also recently undertaken a secondment at an Australian Government Department, working within the litigation section.
