Chris is an experienced solicitor advocate who is both practical and solutions focussed. His practice focuses on government litigation, and he regularly appears on behalf of various Commonwealth government clients in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE

Chris has extensive experience in both a private practice and a public service setting. His previous experience in private practice included a Commonwealth government secondment and he has also worked for a Commonwealth government litigation branch. Chris also spent 18 months working in-house at a FTSE-100 company in London in their commercial disputes team.

Chris is known for his pragmatic and practical approach to complex merits review and judicial review matters.

His expertise is social security, family assistance and child support legislation as well as the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

At Moray & Agnew, Chris’ practice focuses on managing matters concerning the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Services Australia and Comcare.
