Moray & Agnew is pleased to welcome Russell Krupp and Sam Lawson as Partners in the firm’s Melbourne Corporate & Commercial Team, further strengthening its corporate and commercial offering in Victoria.
Russell has over 20 years of experience across both public and private sectors. He is one of only six accredited specialists in tax law in Victoria, as well as being a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Russell’s practice focuses on commercial and tax law, with particular expertise in complex tax and duty advice for private clients, high-net-worth individuals, and family groups.
Sam is a highly experienced Commercial Partner, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, investments and fundraising, joint ventures, technology contracting, corporate governance and broader business advisory matters. Sam has practised at other leading firms in Australia and the United Kingdom as well as in-house as general counsel of Sigma Healthcare Limited. He has extensive mid‑market transactional work experience guiding founders, investors and business leaders through complex and strategic legal challenges.
