She also lends her considerable skill to our Domestic Building Insurance team, where she provides advice and representation on coverage disputes and regulatory matters.

Andreanna has extensive expertise in the management and resolution of defect claims, contractual disputes and multi-party disputes consistently delivering outcomes that are thorough, compliant, and commercially sound. Her expertise in the legal landscape of the construction industry is complemented by a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of project delivery and market dynamics and a focus on practical, solution-orientated advice. • Advising domestic building insurers in relation to claims and recoveries
• Advising insurers in relation to complex defect claims, including flammable cladding, waterproofing and leaking, and other general building defects 
• Acting in a range of construction-related litigated matters, including claims concerning breach of contract, negligence, misleading and deceptive conduct and defective works
• Providing commercial and practical advice on building contracts and contract management in relation to some of Australia’s biggest construction projects
• Advising in relation to domestic building contracts and relevant legislation including the Domestic Building Contracts Act
• Advising in relation to cladding disputes in Victoria
• Seeking and defending urgent injunctive proceedings and negotiating and successful settlements
• Acting for a developer in a protection works dispute concerning a multi-million-dollar tower development in Melbourne’s CBD, which involved numerous proceedings in the Victorian Courts, the Building Appeals Board, the Victorian Civil and
• Administrative Tribunal and the High Court of Australia and successfully negotiating a lucrative settlement
• Advising a major builder in relation to extensive defect claims made against it by owners in a multi-million-dollar development in Kew
