- Acting in a range of litigated medical negligence matters, including those relating to delayed diagnosis of cancer, birth injury and wrongful birth claims, surgical complications/medical misadventure, and management of infection resulting in significant injury and death
- Representing a number of families against Djerriwarrh Health in relation to a cluster of avoidable perinatal injuries and consequential claims
- Acting for plaintiffs in relation to gynaecological procedures including the treatment of endometriosis, the insertion of vaginal mesh, and post-operative complications
- Acting for international cruise lines and their insurers in relation to management of COVID-19 onboard vessels and resultant personal injury and estate claims
- Acting for international cruise lines and their insurers in relation to medical management in onboard medical facilities, including in relation to patients requiring medical evacuation
