Moray & Agnew is pleased to announce the promotion of 14 senior lawyers across the firm, effective 1 July 2026, comprising four Partners, five Special Counsel and five Senior Associates.
The promotions span multiple offices and areas of practice reflecting Moray & Agnew's continued growth and commitment to developing its people from within.

Lauren Stubbs
Lauren has spent almost a decade working in the social justice sector and has played a pivotal role in leading and expanding the firm's national pro bono practice. She works closely with community and not-for-profit organisations while coordinating the firm's pro bono strategy and supporting lawyers across Australia to deliver meaningful access to justice initiatives. Lauren's promotion represents an exciting milestone for the firm as its first dedicated Pro Bono Partner.
Robert Passas
A highly regarded defendant insurance litigation lawyer, Robert specialises in public and product liability and workers compensation matters. Known for his strategic and client-focused approach, he regularly acts for self-insured corporations, insurers and government clients, delivering practical solutions and significant cost savings through the efficient management of complex claims.
Mark O'Sullivan
Mark is a leading health law and medical negligence practitioner with extensive experience defending doctors, hospitals, medical defence organisations and insurers. He is recognised for his expertise in complex and catastrophic injury claims, coronial inquiries and professional disciplinary matters, and for his unwavering commitment to protecting the reputation and interests of healthcare professionals.
Marian Morton
Marian is an experienced litigation and advisory lawyer who acts for government and private sector clients across a broad range of complex and sensitive matters. Her expertise spans personal injury, administrative law, coronial investigations, redress schemes, Royal Commissions and institutional abuse claims, where she is known for her strategic advice and trauma-informed approach.
