Experience & Expertise

Erin’s experience spans motor accident claims, workers compensation, public liability and medical negligence. She has represented clients in all relevant NSW and Australian courts and industrial tribunals.

Prior to joining Moray & Agnew’s insurance team, Erin headed the health law team at a leading medical negligence firm working on complex medical negligence claims, with a number involving serious and catastrophic injuries. Erin’s previous work representing claimants offers an additional perspective to her skills in defending large numbers of complex and sensitive claims.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Erin is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in personal injury law, with the sub-specialty of workers compensation. She qualified early for the program due to her extensive pre-admission experience in the field.
