She has advised insurers across all aspects of motor vehicle matters, including liability (single and multi vehicle accidents), repair and credit hire.

She is experienced in handling a high volume of motor vehicle recovery files ranging from quick turnaround recoveries against other insurers, to more complex recoveries involving commercial agencies such as taxi clubs and heavy vehicles, including trams and buses.

This extends to litigated matters in the South Australian jurisdiction. As the minor civil jurisdiction in South Australia does not permit legal representation, Argelique has been involved in providing litigation training to insurers so that they can appear on behalf of their clients.
