Yudi has acted for multinational corporations, government bodies and insurers, and has operated his own litigation consultancy advising clients including CBA, ANZ, AMP and the Victoria Government. He has completed secondments with ASIC and the Victorian State Government and previously practiced as a Principal at a boutique Melbourne Law firm.

Examples of matters Yudi has acted and advised in include:

• Acting for Merck Sharp & Dohme in the Vioxx class action which at the time was the largest product liability class action in Australia in which the team succeeded at first instance in the Federal Court of Australia and on appeal to the Full Court
• Acting for an international insurer in the Cranbourne Landfill class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria
• Acting for the plaintiff in the Volkswagen emissions class action
• Seconded to the Victorian State Government in its successful defence of the Abalone Class Action in the Supreme Court of Victoria
•  Acting for a multinational on-line retailer in defending claims brought against it by the ACCC
• Regularly acting for shareholders in commercial disputes and oppression proceedings
• Advising various religious bodies in relation to disputes, taxation and governance
• Contracted to CBA, ANZ and AMP on their remediation programs in the wake of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry
• Acting as in-house counsel for the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in its successful defence of the claims brought against it by Jayson Guillham in the Federal Court of Australia
• General Counsel (Honorary) of Yeshivah Beth Rivkah Schools Limited, advising the school on its ongoing legal requirements and risk including managing the defence of historical child sex abuse claims.
