Moray & Agnew acted on the acquisition of Dandenong Plaza, the latest successful transaction for our long-standing client Pelligra in partnership with Metrics Credit Partners. Pelligra continues to operate at the forefront of the development industry, and the Dandenong Shopping Centre is their newest urban renewal project.

Our Property & Development Team advised Pelligra and Metrics Credit Partners in relation to their acquisition of the Centre and facilitated the transaction from end to end. The team was led by partners Briony Kerr and David Gandolfo and special counsels John Darmanin and Shok Kuan Ho, with support from associate Noweid Ali and lawyer Victor Murphy.

Our Corporate & Commercial Team, comprising partner Phillip Grundy and special counsel Eric Ho, advised Pelligra in connection with its equity investment and related corporate structuring and establishment matters.

Partner Briony Kerr commented “It has been great working with Pelligra and Metrics Credit Partners on this transaction. Settlement was the culmination of a fantastic collaborative effort by everyone involved.“

Special Counsel John Darmanin adds “Deals like this have a lot of moving parts and this was an example of the breadth of expertise at Moray & Agnew, particularly in property, finance, commercial and corporate structuring. We are excited to continue to work with Pelligra, a valued, long-standing client of our firm.”
