Moray & Agnew is delighted to announce that two of our senior team members will be promoted to Partner and two team members to Senior Associate on the first of January 2024.
We congratulate and welcome to the Partnership Danielle Sweeney from our Newcastle team and George Chadwick from our Melbourne office. Yianni Koulouris from our Melbourne Construction team and Tayla Maclachlan from our Brisbane Liability team will be promoted to Senior Associate.
Danielle Sweeney is a highly experienced lawyer with over ten years’ experience in the insurance industry. Her extensive experience includes handling numerous compulsory third party claims workers compensation claims and regularly representing clients in all relevant jurisdictions, including the Claims Assessment Resolution Service, Workers Compensation Commission, Personal Injury commission, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, NSW Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
George’s key expertise involves defending professional indemnity claims against a wide range of professionals on behalf of insurer clients and providing insurance coverage advice. He acts on behalf of a range of individuals involved in professional indemnity disputes including accountants, pharmacists, solicitors, real estate agents, engineers, architects, valuers, councillors and land and building surveyors.
