We are pleased to have advised mining exploration company, Lightning Minerals Ltd (ASX:L1M), on its successful ASX listing.

Lightning Minerals is focused on WA-based critical minerals exploration targeting lithium, nickel, cobalt, copper and PGE elements. The company recently acquired its flagship asset, the Dundas Project, from major Australian miner Fortescue Metals Group.

Lightning Minerals completed a $7m capital raising for the IPO which received high demand and was heavily oversubscribed. The Lead Manager for the IPO capital raising was PAC Partners.

The Moray & Agnew team leading this IPO comprised Partner, Phillip Grundy, along with corporate team members Michael Termine and Cristian Apolloni.

For this project, our firm assisted Lightning Minerals with its acquisition of four (4) mining exploration projects, completing a Pre-IPO capital raising and successfully executing the regulatory steps for the IPO Prospectus capital raise and ASX listing application.

Partner Phillip Grundy says “Congratulations to the Board members and CEO Alex Biggs, as well as key transaction advisors PAC Partners and HLB Mann Judd (Auditors / Investigating Accountants) on this successful IPO. We wish Lightning Minerals all the best with its upcoming exploration programs and look forward to watching the company’s growth in the future.”
