Moray & Agnew acted for the vendor on the sale of a significant car yard property on a 2.35 hectares lot at 230 Windsor Road, Vineyard, New South Wales.

The transaction commenced with a call option agreement signed in November 2024, which was subsequently exercised, leading to settlement on 22 September 2025. The property, now leased by CarNet, a leading vehicle re-marketing and used car sales brand, was purchased for $20.4 million.

Our Melbourne Property & Development team advised the vendor throughout the entire process, ensuring the smooth progression of the option agreement through to final settlement.
