Moray & Agnew is delighted to welcome Jonathan Sumskas back to the firm as a partner in its Melbourne office.
Jonathan began his legal career at Moray & Agnew and has extensive experience assisting domestic building, professional indemnity and D&O insurers, advising on policy coverage as well as defending claims. He also acts directly for contractors, developers and other stakeholders in construction and property disputes. Across his practice he has a particular interest in complex construction claims.
