Joshua has acted solely for major insurers throughout his legal career and has developed specialised expertise in the defence of public liability and CTP claims.

Joshua is an experienced court advocate who has advised on a large variety of litigated and non-litigated claims, including catastrophic claims, complex multi-party claims run concurrently under personal injury and workers’ compensation legislation, as well as appearing in court at Applications for such matters.

Joshua previously practised with another major national insurance litigation firm. In that position, he gained extensive experience in the complexity of preparing matters for trial. This included developing detailed understanding of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 (Qld). He has also appeared in court on numerous occasions bringing and contesting Applications under those Rules.
