Morgan’s practice spans all aspects of property law, giving him the opportunity to work with property developers, statutory authorities, government and state controlled entities, not-for-profit entities and private clients, taking the time to understand clients’ needs and getting to know their businesses.

Morgan’s commitment to providing pragmatic outcomes saw him win the 2022 Lawyers Weekly ‘30 under 30’ award in Real Estate.

In addition to his extensive property law experience, Morgan has assisted clients in commercial law matters spanning governance and compliance, structuring, business growth, contracting and exit.

Prior to joining Moray & Agnew, Morgan gained wide experience from a range of private practice roles, including a clerkship in Jakarta at one of Indonesia’s leading corporate and commercial law firms during his legal studies.
