We’ve successfully resolved thousands of disputes from routine matters to some of the most complex, high profile multi-million dollar disputes.
We are also renowned as leaders in the highly specialised field of security of payments, having conducted hundreds of matters for principals and contractors, including landmark proceedings in the High Court of Australia. Members of our team are registered senior adjudicators in seven of Australia’s eight States and Territories.
