Payment by EFT
If paying by EFT, please refer to the payment instructions included on your invoice remittance advice page.
If you are paying multiple bills, please enter the invoice numbers where indicated on the payment portal separated by commas (e.g. 123456, 123457, 123458).
If you are not paying the full bill amount, please email [email protected] with the invoice numbers in the subject line and the reason for the difference in payment.
QuickFee Payment Plan
From 1 October 2026, credit card payments will no longer be available. However, QuickFee payment plans will continue to be available for clients who wish to pay their account by instalments. QuickFee payment plans are set up via direct debit.
