Moray & Agnew is nationally recognised for our expertise in workplace, industrial relations and compensation law. We regularly advise Australian Government agencies on workers compensation, discretionary compensation claims, rehabilitation and return to work obligations under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988. Our team advises government employers on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and work health & safety and advises agencies on the application of such policies, industrial instruments and employment-related legislation.
Public Law
We provide public law advice and representation to Australian Government clients across the full lifecycle of decision‑making. Our team advises on statutory interpretation, legislative and policy development, administrative decision‑drafting and procedural fairness, and regularly defends merits review and judicial review proceedings in courts and tribunals.
