Nigel has nearly 30 years’ experience advising and representing major insurers and corporates in the defence of complex high value personal injury claims.
Over the past decade, Nigel has worked very closely with Moray & Agnew’s National toxic torts practise group leader, Stephen Taylor-Jones, in defending complex and fast-paced asbestos and silicosis litigation in Victoria, New South Wales, and all other States and Territories in Australia.
Nigel is a highly experienced and technically astute lawyer and a highly skilled advocate. Further, as a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Nigel has a very strong focus on alternative dispute resolution.
Due to his extensive litigation background and his specialised focus on toxic torts/dust diseases, Nigel is an integral part of arguably the most experienced and technically superior dust diseases practise in Australia.
