Tina specialises in estate and succession planning for high and ultra-high net worth clients, as well as advising corporate, government and private sector clients on property matters.
She is known for delivering thoughtful, comprehensive estate planning advice, guiding clients through often complex and sensitive decisions with clarity and care.
Tina advises on wills, estate administration and estate disputes, including family provision claims and the interpretation of complex testamentary arrangements. She also has experience in elder law, including enduring powers of attorney, guardianship arrangements, superannuation and aged care agreements.
Her property practice includes commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, developments (including subdivision and strata titling), compulsory acquisitions and leasing across commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
Tina acts for a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals, private organisations and government entities. She is recognised for her pragmatic, strategic approach and focus on achieving client objectives with clarity and confidence.
