With over 15 years’ experience advising individuals, families, business owners and high-net-worth clients on estate and succession planning, Roslyn works exclusively in wills and estates, with a particular focus on complex estate planning, testamentary trusts, probate and administration of deceased estates.
Experience & expertise
Roslyn is recognised for developing tailored estate planning strategies that facilitate the tax-effective transfer of wealth between generations while also providing strong asset protection for beneficiaries. She has expertise in advising families with vulnerable beneficiaries, including those affected by disability or lifestyle difficulties such as drug, alcohol and gambling dependencies.
Working closely with clients, Roslyn develops bespoke estate plans that reflect each client’s family dynamics, asset structures and business interests s. Her advice extends to assets held through superannuation funds, family discretionary trusts, companies, family businesses and other investment structures, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated succession planning approach.
Roslyn also has extensive experience in the administration of deceased estates including complex applications for Probate and Letters of Administration. Many estates also involve careful administration of various testamentary trusts including Discretionary Trusts, Protective Trusts, Special Disability Trusts, Life Estates, and Capital Reserved Trusts.
Roslyn has a long-standing commitment to community and pro bono legal services through the Cancer Council.
