Peter specialises in commercial contracts, competition and consumer law, mergers and acquisitions and organisational governance and risk. He has extensive experience with Australian Competition Law including price fixing, resale price maintenance and third line forcing as well as Australian Consumer Law including unfair contract terms, unfair practices, and statutory guarantees. He has also provided personalised training for clients on these laws.
Peter has long-standing, trusted relationships, backed by deep expertise across the manufacturing, importing, franchising, distribution, licensing, petroleum downstream, and automotive sectors.
