Experience & expertise
Nick has extensive experience advising on complex property transactions, including acquisitions of shopping centres and industrial sites, where he has conducted due diligence and lease reviews.
He has successfully managed and negotiated multiple residential and commercial off-the-plan developments across several Australian jurisdictions, managing contracts, conditions, consents and settlements.
Nick has acted for lending institutions on commercial and home loan transactions, including drafting and reviewing loan documentation, and represented Government authorities in compulsory land acquisitions nationwide.
His experience also extends to drafting and lodging land title documents for developers, Government bodies and lenders.
Nick’s key strength is delivering commercially focused advice. He works closely with clients to deliver outcome-driven solutions.
