Michele has broad based skills and experience in corporate and commercial law and has advised a range of clients from start-ups to ASX listed companies on various commercial issues, including Australian Consumer Law issues, mergers and acquisitions, privacy complaints and data breaches.

Michele has strong expertise in supply contracts, mergers and acquisitions, franchise agreements and privacy issues. Michele has particular experience with franchising in the automotive and hotel sectors so has in depth knowledge of their specific regulatory and commercial challenges.
