Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the practice of public liability, motor vehicle (CTP), workers compensation claims and historical child sexual abuse matters.

Melissa was admitted as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Moray & Agnew in 2024 after working and gaining invaluable experience working as a Practice Leader for a national personal injury firm for over 17 years.
Melissa has extensive and in-depth experience across all areas of personal injury and provides advice on a range of claims including complex child abuse historical matters.
Melissa’s practice involves a range of responsibilities including investigating claims, liability exposure and assessments of quantum. Melissa is a pragmatic operator who is well known for her excellent client communication skills and attention to detail.
