Kellie is a Special Counsel in our Real Estate, Planning & Environment and Local Government Teams.
She advises clients on all aspects of real estate matters including strata and community title subdivision and development projects, creation of easements and restrictions on title, commercial, retail and residential leasing and general conveyancing.
Experience & expertise
Kellie is an experienced property lawyer who advises property developers and government clients on a broad range of commercial and property matters. She has acted for leading property development and industrial groups across Sydney and regional NSW on significant asset acquisitions and disposals.
Kellie has extensive experience working with property developers and state‑controlled bodies on large‑scale residential and commercial subdivisions, including complex community title and strata title developments. Her work spans the full project lifecycle, from initial structuring through to sales and settlement.
She also advises on leasing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for a wide range of clients, and has supported planning and environmental litigation through the preparation of legal advice and documentation.
Admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, Kellie also has experience in estate planning, including preparing specialised wills and documents relevant to personal and business succession, enabling her to provide a well‑rounded, commercially focused service to her clients.
