Jackson is a Senior Associate in our Compulsory Third Party Team, acting on behalf of insurer clients in complex and major claims.
Experience & expertise
Jackson’s primary area of practice is CTP claims, where he assists insurer clients in the management of personal injury matters. He supports all stages of the claims process, including analysing medical and quantum evidence, preparing settlement recommendations, conducting investigations and legal research, and drafting court documents and submissions.
Jackson regularly assists with the preparation of advices, chronologies and briefs to counsel, and coordinates medico‑legal examinations and expert evidence. Admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, he also appears on behalf of clients in the District Court of NSW and attends and facilitates witness conferences and interlocutory matters.
Jackson has previously worked alongside counsel and senior solicitors on matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court.
