Erin is a Partner in our Compulsory Third Party Insurance team. She is a highly experienced insurance lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in personal injury law, and a strong reputation across the Mid North Coast and Hunter regions.

Experience & expertise

Erin advises insurer clients across a broad range of matters, predominantly in motor accident claims but is also experienced in workers compensation, public liability and medical negligence.

Erin has represented clients in all relevant NSW courts and industrial tribunals, managing complex and high‑value claims with a particular focus on matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries.

Before joining Moray & Agnew, Erin led the health law team at a leading medical negligence firm, where she acted in complex medical negligence matters. Her earlier experience representing claimants in motor accident, workers compensation and public liability claims provides her with valuable insight when defending sensitive and technically complex disputes.

Admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, Erin is known for her practical approach and strong client focus and delivers clear, strategic advice to achieve efficient and commercially sound outcomes.
