Derek regularly accepts instructions to act in all types of litigated matters, including public and product liability, workers compensation and class actions. He has particular expertise in dealing with intentional torts and claims involving bushfires, occupiers and sporting organisations. He also has significant experience in Coronial and occupational health & safety law.
