Courtney is a Senior Associate in our General Insurance Team focusing on public liability and personal injury claims.
Experience & expertise
Courtney has provided assistance to insurers and their insureds in various types of litigation. Her experience includes successfully defending public liability claims to hearing. She has also acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in debt recovery matters.
During her time at the firm Courtney has completed multiple secondments with one of Australia’s largest insurers.
Courtney proactively participates in informal settlement conferences and mediations with a view to facilitate the early resolution of claims where possible
