Experience & expertise
Bryce advises insurers on a wide range of complex personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents. He has strong expertise in liability, indemnity, medical, quantum and procedural issues, providing clear, strategic guidance across all stages of a claim.
Admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, Bryce regularly represents clients in the Personal Injury Commission (PIC), as well as the District and Supreme Courts of NSW. He is experienced in managing technically complex matters and navigating the procedural aspects of contested claims.
Known for his practical and commercially focused approach, Bryce works closely with clients to implement effective strategies for the management and resolution of matters. He is particularly focused on achieving early, fair and cost‑effective outcomes that align with his clients’ objectives.
