Argelique is an experienced insurance litigator handling motor vehicle claims across the Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian jurisdictions.

Argelique has extensive experience advising motor vehicle insurers in respect of all aspects of litigation. She routinely handles complex motor vehicle claims, which include liability disputes (single and multi-vehicle accidents), defence of repairer recovery and credit hire claims, and strategy based projects involving professional litigants. Argelique also acts for home insurers seeking recovery of damages caused by motor vehicle impact damage to property.
She is experienced in handling a high volume of motor vehicle recovery files ranging from quick turnaround recoveries against other insurers, to more complex recoveries involving commercial agencies such as taxi clubs and heavy vehicles, including trams and buses.
This extends to litigated matters in the South Australian jurisdiction. As the minor civil jurisdiction in South Australia does not permit legal representation, Argelique also provides training to insurers’ claims staff so that they can appear on behalf of their customers.
