This is the sixth annual list from Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer, recognising 105 outstanding female leaders in the legal profession across Australia and New Zealand.
On being included in this prestigious list, Emma said:

In 2026, she was named Canberra Insurance Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in Australia, having previously received the same honour in 2020, and was a finalist for Executive of the Year at the 2025 Women in Law Awards. Her leadership, legal expertise and commitment to mentoring continue to strengthen Moray & Agnew’s reputation as a leading professional services firm across Australia.
